About Me:
Graduated from the Spring 2008 Permaculture Design Course.
Photos from December 2007 were taken before I took the Permaculture Design Course in spring of '08. We were catching the rainwater in buckets back then too, but it was mainly used to water the winter rye grass. The most changes have been on the east side of the flagstone patio, except for the pond and the addition of the chickens under the twisted acacia. Oh, and the mound of extra dirt near the pond that will be used for a future earth oven but is currently being used as an elevated sitting area (its a great way to get different perspectives of the yard without standing on a ladder).

We liked the yard the way it was but as life changes so does your needs and we are now making the changes that best fits our lives at this time and are enjoying the diversity that it brings.

I have more photos that I need to go through that show some of the projects that we worked on, for example the sheet mulch installation of May '08.

Hey, Ryan.

Can you please give directions to your home? Or an address so I can "mapquest it."
