Local eggs - Animal Welfare Approved

Hi,I'm looking for some local eggs that are Animal Welfare Approved or with the same standard but not certified. Basically, this means that they are not kept in cages, their beaks are not cut, they are not forced to molt, they have continuous access to outdoors for foraging, and are not fed meat or animal by products. I'm in Tempe. Anyone know where I can find such eggs?Thank you,PatriciaSee More

central Phx place to compost

Hi,I am looking for a place to take my food scraps for composting. I live near 27th St and Thomas Rd. What is the closest place (to minimize fossil fuel consumption) where I might be able to add to an existing compost bin? I rent so my landlord won't allow me to compost at home. Best,PatriciaSee More
