mini horses zoning questions

The city of mesa bases livestock off points.  With 35,000 sq. ft. you can have two animal points.  Mini horses count as .5 points.  Does this mean you can have two mini horses on 17,000 sq ft? OR do…Continue

"Add a light.  The closer to 14 hours of light they get, the more likely they are to lay every day.  Also, quail stop laying when temps fall bellow 65 degrees.  Do they have a heat source and light?"

"I read it as 35,000 is the minimum for any livestock because that's what it says (not meaning to sound like a smart ass, don't know another way to say it). I'd assume if 17,500 sq ft allowed 1 point they would have said that, or 8,750…"
