I hope everyone enjoyed tonight as much as I enjoyed your company. Dehydration can be very fun especially with your own spice mixes, herbs & more.  Thank you to Practical Art for the use of your location this evening. Thank you to Chris for the computer set up, Thank you to Debbie & Aaron for class assisting with dehydration samples and materials.

Thank you to Karla for the recipes, tips, samples, etc.  And thanks to Chris for posting the book list.  I am borrowing a friend's dehydrator this weekend....

To the gentleman who wanted Salt & Vinegar chips - check out  Baked chips, but you may also be able to fry them instead of baking.

I also thought of sprinkling the powdered sushi vinegar mix (for hot rice) on just fried chips, but that has preservative.
